POLICIES To provide the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that all policies are reviewed prior to booking. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a non-refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 7-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling, and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Card on File A valid card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged when a booking policy is violated, such as a late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival resulting in a missed appointment. Any outstanding balance must be paid before rebooking. Service Refunds All services are non-refundable. If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we have the opportunity to address your concerns and determine an appropriate solution. Aftercare & Client Responsibility For the best results, please follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided for your service. Modern Elegance Aesthetics is not responsible for results or concerns caused by improper aftercare, failure to follow recommendations, or the use of incompatible products. Retail Products Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt. Opened or used products are non-refundable. Packages & Specials Packages and promotional offers are subject to the terms listed at the time of purchase, including expiration dates and usage requirements.
